I have never become stronger then in the last couple months of climbing. The secret, nothing new: rest!
As I am learning more and more about the body, my body in particular, and its ways, I have finally come to the understanding of the importance of resting. When you train, your muscle fibers tear. If you keep training with no rest, they will not have the needed time to recover, rebuilt and get stronger. In fact, you will plateau or regress. Of course there is always those exceptions in life. Those that we all hate that can do just about anything, anytime. But we should not hate. We should be inspired and rethink our ways. Keep thinking out of the box. There is so much more to discover. For me personally, having the right amount of rest has helped me more then continuously training 5 days straight. If you keep wanting to taring like this, at least alternate the muscles you are working of course.
Keep trying things, keep getting out of your comfort zones!
