We took part in the animation of this beautiful project, which was presented at the annual light show in Moscow as the biggest video projection ever to that date. Please enjoy!
Me and my husband have been working on this show from around April 2014 to April 2016. Nice to see cut together and rendered.
that's what i think sometimes. but you know what? i only think that when i lack motivation.
I was researching recently "the most easy instrument to learn" and this professional musicians, proficient in many many instruments, put it down really simply: the most easy instrument for you will be the one that you enjoy the most. that inspires and fascinates you the most, because than, even the hardest lesson will feel easy, because you simple love and enjoy it. Dang Bro, those are some wise words! So I don't really love my work? I do, sometimes I just get really annoyed with :) And that is ok. I think it is healthy to acknowledge needing a break from things, so you can come back refreshed. Animation takes a lot of focus, creativity, inspiration, trail and errors. It's as if you are running your brain on full speed every day you work. Imagine running sprints every day or eating pizza every day. i mean we love it right (the pizza part:)? but you got to give yourself a break. its just as important as working really hard :) good luck with your passions! Good old times. Its been a while since I made this one. It mainly consists of work from Lemonaut Creations, Vienna, Austria. They where the ones that picked me up at the very beginning of my career as an animator. I could not have been more blessed. In my opinion, it was not so much about having a unique talent that they hired me, more that there was a demand and I was available. Being at the right place, at the right time. That's what it is mostly about in life. You can also see more of my old work, which is really just going to steel your time and bore you to death, but go ahead if you want too and check out my VIMEO.
ANIMATION jobs and tests2 from nathalia on Vimeo. Here is another test I did. This one was timed. I had to do one walk cycle with character and one combat. I don't remember how much time I had, but this is what I finished in about 6-7 hours. Unfortunately I did not make it through recruiting. But hope dies last... animation test from nathalia on Vimeo. |
